We provide a variety of ways in which you can obtain your medical plan information.
You may call and speak to one of our customer service representatives (Monday through Friday from 6am to 5pm PST). You can also go online (24/7) and access your medical claims information, Flexible spending account information, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, and COBRA information by logging onto www.myrsc.com
Other features are also available such as access to company plan documents, claim forms, and other employer specific documents and information regarding benefit plans offered by your employer.
Your employer has purchased a high-deductible health plan with your Insurance Carrier. Your employer is self-funding the high deductible. If you or your providers contact the carrier directly you will be told that you have a high deductible health plan (which is what your employer purchased from the carrier). However, your plan is being administered by IIS Benefit Administrators. You actually have co-pays to meet and a lower deductible which is applied to: hospitalization, outpatient surgery or out-of-network benefits. (Refer to your plan design for listing).
You may receive or have received (2) ID cards. One from the carrier and another one
called a Max 105/IIS Benefit Administrators ID card which is to be used for benefit
eligibility purposes and pharmacy. Use your Max 105 as your medical ID card. When
your provider calls the number located on the back of your Max card your actual
deductible and co-pay amounts will be given by IIS Benefit Administrators.
