Gregg A. Dennis has over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry and is the founder of IIS Benefit Administrators, a Third-Party Administrator serving clients in 38 states. Since starting his career in 1980, Gregg has focused on helping employers and brokers navigate the evolving small to mid-market health insurance landscape with practical, cost-effective solutions.
Under his leadership, IIS partners with leading carriers and vendors nationwide and supports more than 250 clients and 500+ brokers. Gregg is also a frequent industry speaker on strategies for managing healthcare costs beyond premiums.
He lives in Las Vegas, is married with four children, and is active in CrossFit, Spartan Races, and marathon running.
Sean Dennis has been with IIS since 2018, bringing a strong focus on relationship management, sales support, and client service within the TPA space. As the son of owner Gregg Dennis, he has grown with the organization and plays an active role in supporting broker partnerships, managing carrier relationships, and driving new business opportunities.
Jay Wood is a seasoned sales and benefits executive with over 25 years of experience helping organizations design and implement cost-effective employee benefit strategies. He specializes in self-funded plans, alternative financing, and channel development, with a proven track record of driving growth and delivering measurable results. Jay has contributed hundreds of millions in premium production and savings and is recognized as a subject matter expert in benefit design and administration.
